This Privacy Policy document (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) aims to explain who we are, how we obtain information, including personal data, and what we do with it in business relations. If anything is unclear to you or raises your doubts, please contact us.
When you as an individual contact us or use our services, regardless of whether you act on your own behalf or on behalf of another entity, or when your data has been disclosed to us (as contact details for the purpose of performing contracts), we process your personal data.
Before you start using our website www.anui.pl (hereinafter: Service ) its users (hereinafter: Users are obliged to read the provisions of the Policy and accept them.

We are the Administrator in relation to your data provided in:

IP may indicate the country, city or other geographical area where the device is located; the path of visiting our Website, your browser data;
- during a telephone conversation with our hotline regarding basic data, including: name, surname, telephone number;
- chat window placed on the website in the scope of basic data, including: name, surname or e-mail address, your IP. IP may indicate the country, city or other geographical area where the device is located; the path of visiting our Service, your browser data;
3. For what purposes and on what legal basis do we process your personal data?
We process personal data as part of contact with us via our contact form on the Website for the purpose of answering questions asked via the contact form on the Website or chat, including questions and issues relating to our business activities and other correspondence with you – the basis of Art. 6 sec. 1 letter f), i.e. on the basis of our legitimate interest;
We process personal data provided upon registration on our Website for the purpose of:
- enabling purchases on our Website and providing access to our Website and maintaining your account on our Website – pursuant to Art. 6 sec. 1 letter f), i.e. on the basis of our legitimate interest;
- conducting direct marketing - the basis of Article 6 paragraph 1 letter f) of the GDPR and Article 9 paragraph 2 letter a) of the GDPR, consisting in the transmission of commercial information by telephone or e-mail,
- scientific and statistical purposes - the basis of Article 6 paragraph 1 letter f) of the GDPR and Article 9 paragraph 2 letter j) of the GDPR,
- determining, pursuing and defending possible claims arising from the business activity conducted by the Administrator - the basis of Article 6 paragraph 1 letter f) of the GDPR and Article 9 paragraph 2 letter f) of the GDPR,
4. Who do we share your personal data with?
- Subcontractors of Kofarb US LLC, EIN: 93-3721116, DOS ID 7149118, processing your personal data on the basis of an agreement concluded with Kofarb US LLC.
- other processors and recipients, i.e. entities responsible for the operation and maintenance of telephone and IT infrastructure (IT providers), courier companies.
5. How long do we store your data?
We will store your personal data processed for the purpose of executing a sales contract with you, data processed for accounting purposes and for tax reasons, for no longer than 5 years from the end of the year in which they were received.
Data processed for other purposes, e.g. obtained in response to your questions or for the purposes of conducting correspondence, so-called ordinary correspondence, will be deleted after 3 years from the date you provided the data.
Data provided for registration, in the absence of an agreement with us, will be processed until the application is considered and for 3 years for the purpose of any complaints and claims.

Your personal data may be processed by the Administrator for the purpose of conducting marketing communications based on automated decision-making, including profiling.

The Administrator uses cookies on the Website.

We inform you that the Administrator uses the services and tools of external suppliers, in particular to the extent related to the provision of services available via the Website.
Profiling and tracking online
We track your traffic on our Service and then use the collected information, among others, as part of creating so-called personalized advertising, as well as to optimize the Service in order to increase its usability. For this purpose, we use tools such as: Google AdWords or Google Analytics.
How do we use Google AdWords?
We use Google AdWords tools, thanks to which we can present our offer within the Google search engine and on websites that are part of the Google advertising network. A user who enters specific phrases in the search engine may be displayed our advertisement correlated with the entered phrase. As part of Google AdWords, we analyze the effectiveness of advertisements published on Google websites, which allows us to better match our offer to the expectations of Users. After clicking on the banner of an advertisement published by Google, cookies are saved on the User's computer as part of AdWords. Only statistical information used to identify the advertising banner is obtained.
How does Google display ads on the internet?
Our ads are displayed by third-party vendors, including Google, on websites such as the Google Display Network, which are websites that allow the display of ad slots with ads targeted via Google AdWords.
How do we use Facebook Conversion Pixel?
We use Facebook Conversion Pixel services to help us recognize if someone clicked on our Facebook ad and was then redirected to our site. However, we do not collect or receive any information that would allow us to identify a specific User.
This is a tool that helps us measure the effectiveness of advertisements based on the analysis of actions taken by Users on our Service. We use data from Pixel, among others, to: broadcast advertisements to the right audience, create audiences for advertisements, including look-alikes, analyze what happened as a result of clicking on an advertisement both through Facebook advertising tools and on the service, use other Facebook advertising tools, such as custom audience.
How do we use Google Analytics?
We use Google Analytics tools that collect anonymous information about the User's visits to the Service, such as the subpages they have viewed, the time they have spent on the Service or the transitions between individual pages in order to generate anonymous statistics on the functioning of the pages and to enable the analysis of activity on the website in order to best match our offer to the needs of Users. For this purpose, Google LLC cookies are used regarding the Google Analytics service.
How can you opt out of profiling cookies?
Each User may express consent to the use of cookies (within the scope of profiling) by clicking the "Continue" button or by clicking "X" on the Pop-up that appears after launching the Service.
